Welcome

Welcome to "The Sights and Sounds of Abstraction" page.  This page is designed to share the music that inspired the paintings now shown at the Maryland Hall for Creative Arts from Aug 20th to Nov 18th.  I encourage viewers to:

  1. View the paintings first without the music.
  2. Click on the button above for the playlist.
  3. Walk the paintings again and listen to the clips of the playlist that correspond to the painting to see if it changes your perspective. The song assigned was one used during the creative process to make the painting.
